The Anime–Manga Poster Competition is being organised as part of the Imphal–Japan Harmony Week. The competition celebrates the creativity and imagination of young artists. Participants create original posters inspired by Japanese anime or manga styles. They also reinterpret Manipuri folktales, legends and cultural traditions through these visual forms. The artwork reflects themes of peace, friendship, culture and Manipur–Japan relations. The competition provides a platform for young people to explore the artistic traditions of both Manipur and Japan. Selected works will be recognised and displayed at the Imphal Peace Museum.
